Brooklyn delivery

We deliver across Brooklyn ourselves. Delivery is $9.99, and free on orders over $150. After you order we contact you to confirm the delivery day.

Deliveries run on weekdays. If nobody is available we will arrange another day rather than leave an order unattended.

Shipping in the United States

We ship anywhere in the US. Shipping is $12.99 per order plus a small amount per bottle or case, shown in your cart before you pay.

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–6 business days. Glass bottles are wrapped individually.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. The cost depends on where it is going and how much you order, and is worked out in your cart once you choose your country:

• Canada & Mexico — from $32.00
• UK, Europe & Israel — from $52.00
• Rest of the world — from $68.00

Delivery takes 7–21 business days and can take longer if customs holds a parcel.

Import duty and local taxes are not included. Your own country charges these on arrival and they are your responsibility as the buyer. We cannot predict or refund them.

Some countries restrict herbal supplements. Please check your own import rules before ordering — if a parcel is seized by customs we cannot refund it.

Order confirmation

You will get a confirmation when your order is placed. If you gave us an email address, your receipt goes there. For anything urgent, message us on WhatsApp at (516) 810-1553.
